We are located at 697 Cambridge Street, Suite 204, Brighton, MA, across the street from Saint Elizabeth's Hospital. There is a free parking lot behind the building, as well as ample on-street parking. If you are taking public transportation, the 57 bus stops less than a block away (Dustin Street); or take the Green Line (B Line) to Warren Street, and it is about an 8 minute walk to the clinic.
Please wear or bring loose, comfortable clothing.
Also please bring a list of any medications you are currently taking, including the dosages.
Below is some paperwork that I will ask you to fill out before your first visit in an effort to save time.
You may email them back to me if you wish, or print and bring them in with you.
(If you do not have access to a printer, no worries- I will have the forms available when you arrive.)
